Survey says Kappa Alpha Order and Alpha Xi Delta are the overall leaders in Greek Week events.

The top ten answers were on the board and Alpha Chi Omega and Sigma Phi Epsilon were the "Family Feud" winners.

Marshall's Greek community competed last night in its own version of the game show "Family Feud."

Danielle Turley, host for the evening, said this was the first time the Greek committee has picked an actual game show as an event.

"Overall I think the game went really well," she said. "Since everyone likes the game show we wanted to make it work as an event for Marshall University's Greeks."

Katy Saine, Delta Zeta member, said she liked the game show "Family Feud" as an event.

"This was a fun new way to play trivia," she said. "I hope we continue to play this next year."

Tuesday the Greek chapters participated in a volleyball tournament.

Sigma Phi Epsilon and Alpha Xi Delta were the winners of the event.

Phil Stanley, Sigma Phi Epsilon member, said his chapter is excited about its two wins.

"We [Sigma Phi Epsilon members] have good momentum going on right now with us winning volleyball and 'Family Feud,'" he said. "We plan to continue this momentum throughout kickball and softball."

Today the organizations will be competing in a karaoke contest 11-noon in the Memorial Student Center plaza, as well as kickball at 1 p.m. in Gullickson Hall.

After four days of competitions the ranking for fraternities is Kappa Alpha Order with 780, Sigma Phi Epsilon with 760, Alpha Sigma Phi with 750, Alpha Tau Omega with 740, Sigma Alpha Epsilon with 730, Delta Chi and Pi Kappa Alpha with 710 and Lambda Chi Alpha with 700.

The ranking for sororities is Alpha Xi Delta with 830, Sigma Sigma Sigma with 820, Delta Zeta with 730, Phi Mu with 720 and Alpha Chi Omega with 700.

David Kluemper, Kappa Alpha member, said it is still to early to say who the winner will be.

"That is why it is called Greek Week, you just don't start out strong, you have to finish strong," he said. "We [Kappa Alpha members] are going to continue to ban together and finish strong, the winner will be decided at the end."
